Update on THTUDNWMTB

You care, right?  I’m going to assume you do if even only from the perspective of someone watching a car about to back into a wooden post that suddenly and magically appears right behind them as they back up.  (Not that I did that recently – It was over a year ago, people.)  You know what’s going to happen, but you can’t stop it, and you can’t look away.

And if you think it's hard for you to watch, imagine how my husband feels.  While he is away (perhaps in Chicago) earnestly earning more money for me to spend on thtudnwmtb, I am spending it.  And he can’t stop me (because he forgot to take the checkbook).

But today I have a wall-less basement.  I kind of like it.  Although, strangely enough Charlie my new best friend looked at my check (not from a local bank) and asked where it was located.

“Charlie, baby,” I answered.  “I don’t stiff my bffl[i]!”

[i] BFFL = Best Friend For Life, the former BFF (Best Friend Forever) is no longer in use by teenagers.  Since I happen to have a teenager who informed me of this I have since ceased my use of BFF.

I am sitting here in Florida. Suffering with Strep throat. An ailment I thought I left behind in middle school. Your thtudnwmtb stories make me feel better. Misery loves company?

If I can spread just a little bit of misery my work here is done.
